Mother's Day Picnic - Mahoney State Park - May 10th, 2009

For Mother's Day it was decided that we'd take both our moms out together for a picnic with the families to Mahoney State Park between Lincoln and Omaha, NE. Unfortunately, everyone else thought it was a great idea too and there was not a picnic table to be found. We decided we would just tailgate it instead!

My best friend's little brother Kyle graduated high school, so we made the trip up to Brunswick to help him celebrate! While there, we got the chance to play with my friend's daughter out on the farm!

Gentle Giant Contest Photos - Our House - April 29th, 2009

A web site called GentleGiantCollectors.com had a contest to win a TIE Pilot Mini-Bust by sending in a photo of a Gentle Giant Mini-Bust participating in an everyday event. Tricia had the great idea to have some Star Wars busts going at a game of Star Wars Electronic Battleship! Unfortunately, our photo didn't win, but they still turned out kinda cool!
