We were invited out by the Omaha Rollergirls to entertain the crowd during one of their matches. All the promo material was titled "The Derby Strikes Back" and was designed similar to the logo for "The Empire Strikes Back". With a look like that, we HAD to be there!

My Uncle Larry & Aunt Barb moved to Boise, ID in November 2005. When they moved, we started making plans and arrangements to come visit them in May 2006. These are pictures from our road trip there!

These are pictures taken with my camera phone at the Nine Inch Nails concert at Pershing Auditorium in Lincoln, NE on Feburary 17th, 2006. This is the first time I really used my camera phone, and I'm pleased with how the pictures turned out. They aren't perfect, but not bad for a camera phone!

Every year, my uncle Gary has a big family get together at his cabin up on the Missouri River near Lynch, NE. This year it was on August 27th and 28th. It was one of the best trips I have had for quite a long time! Here are the pictures! Enjoy!

Jason's Trip to Washington, DC - May 8, 2005 to May 11, 2005

On May 8th to May 11th, 2005 I got to travel to Washington DC for work. Our computer technician in that office was going to be tied up for a couple of days, so my boss sent me out there to cover for him.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a lot of time to do any sight-seeing, but I did get out of the office early enough one day to take a (long) stroll through the National Mall and take some pictures of the biggest landmarks.
The first bunch turned out pretty good because it was still daylight. As I made my way across the Mall however, it was getting darker and darker outside. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take pictures of a lot of the sights I saw later because it was completely dark. I guess that just gives me a reason to go back!
